Ingredients

1 Chicken breast

8 Large corn tortillas

1 Chicken seasoning

1 Carrot

½ Cabbage

1 Tomato

1 Onion

1 Sweet chili

3 Garlic cloves

3 cups of Water

Tomato paste

½ pound of Shredded cheese

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by cooking the chicken breast with tomato, onion, chili, garlic, pepper, and cilantro until cooked through, then shred it.

Step 2 : Grate the carrot and mix it with the chicken seasoning, then sauté in a little margarine.

Step 3 : Place a spoonful of chicken on a corn tortilla, roll it into a taco, secure it with a toothpick, and fry in oil.

Step 4 : For the sauce, add tomato paste, pepper, and chicken seasoning to the chicken broth, boil with a little water.

Step 5 : For the salad, grate cabbage and carrot, and serve a taco with cabbage, sauce, and shredded cheese.
