Ingredients

2 Boneless chicken breasts

3 Garlic cloves

1 cup of Sweet cream

1 cup of White wine

1 tablespoon of Oil

2 tablespoons of Flour

Preparation

Step 1 : Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and marinate with crushed garlic.

Step 2 : Grill each side on a hot grill until fully cooked.

Step 3 : In a blender, combine the sweet cream, white wine, and ¼ cup of fresh loroco; blend until smooth to make a cream.

Step 4 : In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and add the flour, stirring until a homogeneous paste forms; then gradually add the cream and loroco mixture, reducing until halved.

Step 5 : Arrange the chicken breasts on top of each other and cover with the sauce.
