Chicken in Loroco Sauce
Ingredients
2 Boneless chicken breasts
3 Cloves of garlic
1 cup of Sweet cream
1 cup of White wine
1 tablespoon of Oil
2 tablespoons of Flour
Preparation
Step 1 : Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then marinate with crushed garlic.
Step 2 : Grill each side on a hot grill until cooked through.
Step 3 : In a blender, combine the sweet cream, white wine, and ¼ cup of fresh loroco; blend until forming a smooth cream.
Step 4 : In a pan over medium heat, add the oil and stir in the flour, mixing until reaching a homogeneous paste; then gradually add the cream and loroco mixture, reducing to half.
Step 5 : Arrange the chicken breasts one on top of the other and cover with the sauce.
