Ingredients
1 Chicken cut into eight pieces
1 Beer
¼ cup of Oil
1 Sliced onion
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons of Flour
1 pinch of Salt
2 Carrots
1 Sweet chili
Mushrooms
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a preheated skillet, add the onion, sweet chili, garlic, salt, and pepper to sauté them.
Step 2 : Then add the carrots and continue sautéing.
Step 3 : Next, add the chicken along with the beer and mushrooms.
Step 4 : If a thicker broth is desired, flour can be added.
