Ingredients

12 Corn tortillas

2 Shredded chicken breasts

1 Chopped onion

2 Minced garlic cloves

1 can of Tomato purée

1 cup of Grated cheese

1 cup of Cream

1 Sliced avocado

Hot sauce

Oil for frying

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pan, fry the onion and garlic until golden.

Step 2 : Then, add the shredded chicken and cook until well done.

Step 3 : Next, incorporate the tomato purée and cook for a few more minutes.

Step 4 : Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.

Step 5 : Place the enchiladas on a tray, cover with grated cheese, and bake.

Step 6 : Bake until the cheese melts and the enchiladas are hot.

Step 7 : Finally, serve with cream, sliced avocado, and hot sauce to taste.
