Ingredients

1 pound of Pork ribs

½ pound of Yuca

2 Potatoes

½ Cabbage

1 Ripe plantain

½ pound of Tomato

1 Medium onion

1 Garlic clove

1 Bay leaf

Salt and pepper

¼ teaspoon of Sugar

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet with hot oil, add the diced onion, crushed garlic, salt, pepper to taste, and the cut pork ribs.

Step 2 : Sauté until the ribs are tender.

Step 3 : Then, add the tomatoes, yuca, diced potatoes, and bay leaves, cooking over low heat for about 30 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.

Step 4 : Once the ribs and vegetables are tender, add the shredded cabbage, ripe plantain, and sugar.

Step 5 : Mix well to incorporate all ingredients and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Step 6 : ¡And ready!
