Ingredients

500 grams of Beef or chicken

1 Onion

2 Tomatoes

1 Green bell pepper

1 Red bell pepper

1 teaspoon of Cumin

1 teaspoon of Chili powder

1 pinch of Salt

12 Corn tortillas

Guacamole sauce

Cream

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large skillet, brown the seasoned meat with salt, cumin, and chili powder.

Step 2 : Then, add the chopped onion, tomatoes, and peppers, and cook until the vegetables are tender.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, warm the tortillas on a griddle or skillet.

Step 4 : Once ready, fill them with the meat and vegetable mixture.

Step 5 : Finally, serve the Catrachos Tacos accompanied by salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.
