Ingredients

1 pound of Clean shrimp

2 tablespoons of Yellow butter

2 cups of Slices of fried green plantain

4 Hamburger buns

2 Avocados

2 cups of White cabbage

2 Sliced radish

1 Sliced jalapeño

4 Mozzarella cheese slices

2 tablespoons of Cream

2 Chile cabro

½ cup of Mayonnaise

¼ cup of Lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1 : In a hot skillet, sauté the shrimp with yellow butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste until golden.

Step 2 : Then, set aside.

Step 3 : To prepare the chile cabro mayonnaise, blend the chiles with mayonnaise, cream, and lemon juice.

Step 4 : Add salt and pepper, taste, and adjust the seasoning according to your preference.

Step 5 : In a bowl, mix the chopped cabbage with the radish and jalapeño.

Step 6 : Season with salt, pepper, and a few drops of lemon juice.

Step 7 : To assemble the burger, place slices of plantain, the golden shrimp, avocado, mozzarella cheese, and the cabbage salad on the bun.
