Ingredients

1 pound of Peeled shrimp

2 tablespoons of Yellow butter

2 cups of Fried green plantain slices

4 Hamburger buns

2 Avocados

2 cups of White cabbage

2 Sliced radishes

1 Sliced jalapeño

4 Mozzarella cheese slices

2 tablespoons of Cream

2 Chili peppers

½ cup of Mayonnaise

¼ cup of Lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1 : In a hot skillet, sauté the shrimp with the Yellow butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until golden.

Step 2 : Then, set aside.

Step 3 : To prepare the chili sauce mayo, blend the chili peppers with the mayonnaise, Cream, and lemon juice.

Step 4 : Add salt and pepper, taste, and adjust seasoning as desired.

Step 5 : In a bowl, mix the chopped cabbage with the radish and jalapeño.

Step 6 : Season with salt, pepper, and a few drops of lemon.

Step 7 : To assemble the burger, place plantain slices, the golden shrimp, avocado, mozzarella cheese, and the cabbage salad on the bun.
