Beef with Cooked Yucca
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Beef
1 kilogram of Yucca
2 liters of Water
1 White onion
1 Sweet chili pepper
Various spices
1 pinch of Salt
1 Bouillon cube
1 Cilantro bunch
4 Garlic cloves
1 Lemon
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Initially, wash the meat with water and lemon juice, then set aside.
Step 2 : In a pot, place the chopped beef and add the seasonings, salt, spices, pepper, and bouillon cubes.
Step 3 : Begin cooking the meat.
Step 4 : After a few minutes, chop the onion, chili pepper, cilantro, and garlic cloves, and add them to the pot with the meat.
Step 5 : Mix well and let cook for approximately 20 minutes.
Step 6 : In another pot, add water and bring to a boil.
Step 7 : Add the cut yucca in medium pieces and cook until tender, about 25 minutes.
Step 8 : When the yucca is cooked, remove it from the heat and add it to the pot with the meat.
Step 9 : Stir well and cook until the meat is thoroughly cooked.
Step 10 : Finally, serve the freshly prepared dish accompanied by a mixed salad.
