Beef Salpicon
Ingredients
1 pound of Beef flank
1 cup of Beer
1 cup of Water
1 cup of Apple cider vinegar
1 Large white onion
2 Tomatoes
5 Finely chopped cilantro sprigs
½ teaspoon of Oregano
3 Crushed garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of Pepper and cumin
3 Bay leaves
Juice of three lemons
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this dish, cook the meat in one and a half liters of water with salt and half an onion.
Step 2 : Then, let the meat cool for an hour and then chop it.
Step 3 : Next, place the meat on a plate and mix it with tomato, onion, and oregano.
Step 4 : Then, add oil, vinegar, and a pinch of salt to the meat.
