Ingredients

2 ½ pounds of Ribs

Dry Rub

2 tablespoons of Brown Sugar

1 Yellow Butter Bar

2 teaspoons of Smoked Paprika

1 teaspoon of Granulated Garlic

¼ teaspoon of Ground Ginger

1 Garlic Head

1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil

1 tablespoon of Fresh Grated Ginger

cup of Brown Sugar

½ cup of Soy Sauce

½ cup of Orange Juice

1 cup of Apple Juice

1 cup of Ketchup

cup of Rice Vinegar

¼ cup of Honey

¼ cup of Water

1 teaspoon of Chili Flakes

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the ribs, start by preheating the oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2 : Then, remove the membrane from the ribs and cut them into portions.

Step 3 : Next, dry the ribs with paper towels.

Step 4 : In a separate bowl, melt the butter and mix it with brown sugar, paprika, salt, garlic, onions, Chinese spices, ginger, and pepper.

Step 5 : Brush this mixture onto the ribs.

Step 6 : Once glazed, wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and bake for 2 to 3 hours.

Step 7 : While the ribs are baking, heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté garlic and ginger.

Step 8 : Then, add honey, water, soy sauce, vinegar, apple juice, orange juice, and chili.

Step 9 : Cook this mixture until it thickens.

Step 10 : After baking, remove the ribs from the oven and sear them over high heat with the prepared sauce until they are slightly golden.
