Ingredients

1 cup of Onion

1 cup of Chopped celery

250 grams of Crab meat

1 tablespoon of Very finely chopped chili de árbol

½ cup of Fresh cilantro

½ cup of Breadcrumbs

6 Crabs, use cleaned shells

½ cup of Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet, add oil and incorporate the onion, celery, crab meat, and chilies.

Step 2 : Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, then remove from heat and add cilantro.

Step 3 : Add the breadcrumbs and mix very well.

Step 4 : Fill the crab shells with the mixture and drizzle with olive oil, sprinkling with breadcrumbs.

Step 5 : Place the stuffed crabs in a baking dish and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes, or until the bread is golden.
