Ingredients

1 ½ kilogram of Beef

½ cup of Sour orange juice

3 Garlic cloves

¾ cup of Olive oil

2 teaspoons of Oregano

1 Bay leaf

1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce

Spices

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : Marinate the meat by placing it in a dish and adding orange juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, crushed garlic, salt, oregano, bay leaf, and pepper.

Step 2 : Cover with a plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 3 : Preheat the grill and wait until the heat is stable.

Step 4 : Then, place the meat on the grill for 10 minutes on each side, turning it occasionally.

Step 5 : Once cooked, remove the meat from the grill and begin cutting it into long strips, always cutting against the grain of the meat to get long slices.

Step 6 : Finally, serve the meat with potatoes, avocado, cheese, and tortillas or yuca.
