Traditional Coconut Bread
Ingredients
3 cups of Wheat flour
1 cup of Sugar
1 cup of Shredded coconut
1 cup of Coconut milk
½ cup of Melted butter
2 Eggs
2 teaspoons of Baking powder
1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence
A pinch of salt
Preparation
Step 1 : To begin, preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2 : Then, in a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, shredded coconut, coconut milk, melted butter, eggs, baking powder, vanilla essence, and salt.
Step 3 : Once the mixture is well integrated, pour it into a greased and floured baking pan.
Step 4 : Next, bake the bread for approximately 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 5 : Once ready, remove from the oven and let it cool before slicing into portions.
