Ingredients
1 Bread mold for bolillo
1 cup of Rompope
½ cup of Vanilla milkshake
2 tablespoons of Condensed milk
2 Cinnamon sticks
5 Egg whites
½ cup of Candied fruits
4 tablespoons of Yellow butter
Preparation
Step 1 : To begin, cut the bolillo bread into slices about two fingers thick.
Step 2 : Next, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and pass each slice of bread through them.
Step 3 : Then, in a skillet with Yellow Butter, brown each slice of bread on both sides.
Step 4 : Meanwhile, prepare a mixture with Rompope, Vanilla Milkshake, and condensed milk.
Step 5 : Next, soak the browned slices of bread in the prepared mixture.
Step 6 : Once they are well soaked, place the slices in individual cups and decorate them with cinnamon and candied fruits to taste.
