Sweet Pumpkin in Raspadura Honey
Ingredients

3 cups of Raspadura candy
1 Cut pumpkin in pieces
8 Cloves
2 Cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon of Grated ginger
4 cups of Water

Step 1 : In a pot, add water and boil the raspadura cups for about 20 minutes or until the raspadura melts.
Step 2 : Once melted, add the pumpkin, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, and 1/2 cup of water, stirring to combine all ingredients.
Step 3 : Allow to cook over low heat for about 40 minutes or until the raspadura has thickened.
Step 4 : Once thickened, remove from heat, let cool, and serve.
