12 Mangoes
1 cup of Rapadura candy
Preparation
Step 1 : The preparation begins by washing and peeling the mangoes, removing the seeds, and chopping the pulp into pieces.
Step 2 : Then, place the chopped mango in a pot with the rapadura candy and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until soft.
Step 3 : Next, mash the mango with a potato masher and let it boil for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
Step 4 : Remove from heat and let it cool.
Step 5 : Once cooled, pour the jelly into containers and refrigerate for a few hours.
