Ingredients

3 cups of Corn flour

1 ¼ cup of Sugar

½ teaspoon of Baking powder

1 cup of Melted margarine

½ cup of Liquid milk

2 Large eggs

Sugar for decorating

1 teaspoon of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare these delicious sweet buns, start by preheating the oven to 180°C.

Step 2 : In a large bowl, pour in the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, mixing with a fork to combine the ingredients.

Step 3 : In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and the melted margarine.

Step 4 : Add this liquid mixture to the flour, and mix well until you get a pasty and homogeneous dough.

Step 5 : Next, take portions of the dough and shape them into rounds, placing them on a previously greased baking tray.

Step 6 : Sprinkle the buns with a little sugar and bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
