Ingredients

1 can of Condensed milk

2 Measurements of the same amount of regular milk

5 Eggs

½ cup of Shredded coconut

¾ cup of Sugar for making caramel

Preparation

Step 1 : In a container, the eggs are semi-beaten.

Step 2 : In another container, combine the condensed milk and regular milk, add the semi-beaten eggs and shredded coconut, then pour this mixture into the milk.

Step 3 : In a pot, place water and sugar, heat until the sugar melts and darkens.

Step 4 : Pour the resulting caramel into a flan mold, ensuring it is evenly distributed.

Step 5 : Next, pour the preparation into the flan mold and place it in a water bath for about 50 minutes, or until a knife inserted comes out clean.

Step 6 : Once done, remove from the water bath and let it cool for an hour before unmolding the flan.
