Yellow Corn Pozol
Ingredients
10 liters of Pure milk
4 pounds of Corn
4 pounds of Sugar
2 ½ cups of Pure water
Cinnamon stick
Vanilla
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, add the milk with a cinnamon stick and bring to a boil three times to naturally pasteurize it.
Step 2 : Then, cool the boiled milk and cook the corn until it bursts, then grind it.
Step 3 : Prepare a syrup with boiled water and strain the corn masa into the hot milk with cinnamon, adding syrup to taste.
Step 4 : Decorate with ground cinnamon and serve in traditional bowls.
