Ingredients
1 cup of Milk
2 Medium yuca roots
1 liter of Water
2 Cinnamon sticks
Sugar
Vanilla
Preparation
Step 1 : In a large pot, add the water, sugar, and cinnamon, and bring to a boil.
Step 2 : Wash and peel the yuca, grate it, and pass it through a sieve to remove the starch.
Step 3 : Then add the grated yuca into the boiling water and cook for about 30 minutes.
Step 4 : Dissolve the milk in a little water and, once the porridge has a thick consistency, add the milk, stirring constantly.
Step 5 : After 5 minutes, add the vanilla and continue stirring.
Step 6 : Serve hot or cold.
