Sweet Corn Drink
Ingredients
10 Elotes
1 ½ liter of Water
1 teaspoon of Sugar
1 teaspoon of Salt
Cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1 : Add water, sugar, and cinnamon to taste into a pot.
Step 2 : Boil the corn until the kernels are soft.
Step 3 : Remove from heat and let it rest until cooled.
Step 4 : Shuck the corn kernels.
Step 5 : Next, blend the corn kernels until very finely ground.
Step 6 : In another pot, combine the corn mixture, 1.5 liters of water, sugar, and cinnamon to taste.
Step 7 : Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and is well cooked.
Step 8 : Serve hot.
