Rompopo Express
Ingredients
4 Double espressos
2 cups of Rompopo
½ cup of Pear nectar
½ cup of Light skim milk
½ cup of Whiskey
Cinnamon sticks for garnish
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pitcher, combine the Rompopo, Pear Nectar, Light Skim Milk, and whiskey.
Step 2 : Then, fill 4 glasses with ice and pour the prepared mixture into them.
Step 3 : To prepare the 4 espressos, use 2 tablespoons of coffee for each half cup of water.
Step 4 : Repeat this process until you have the desired 4 espressos.
Step 5 : Subsequently, slowly add the espressos to the glasses containing the mixture and garnish with cinnamon to taste.
