4 Egg yolks
6 cups of Milk
1 cup of Sugar
½ cup of Almonds
Rum
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious almond cream, start by soaking the almonds in boiling water and then peel them.
Step 2 : Next, blend the almonds with a little milk until you get a smooth mixture without lumps.
Step 3 : Bring the milk to a boil and add the sugar and blended almonds, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula until the mixture thickens slightly.
Step 4 : Remove from heat and beat the yolks with the rum, gradually adding them while continuously stirring until fully incorporated into the milk.
Step 5 : Let cool and bottle in a glass jar.
