Potato Wine
Ingredients
1 pound of Potato
1 700 ml bottle
1 Yeast packet
1 Funnel
2 liters of Filtered water
2 Packets of malt
1 Potato masher
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the homemade beer, start by washing the potatoes well and boiling them in a pot with water for 10 minutes.
Step 2 : Once cooked, drain and mash them until smooth purée is achieved.
Step 3 : Next, add 2 liters of filtered water to the potato purée and mix well.
Step 4 : Then, incorporate the packets of malt and bring the mixture to medium heat, stirring constantly.
Step 5 : After the mixture has cooked, let it cool for about 20 minutes, then pour it into a glass bottle.
Step 6 : Add the yeast and let the bottle rest for about 3 weeks in a cool, dark place.
Step 7 : Once the resting period is over, the homemade beer will be ready to enjoy.
