Pineapple Cocktail
Ingredients
2 Whole pineapples
1 cup of Pineapple juice
½ cup of Pear nectar
¼ cup of Apple juice
3 cups of Ice
4 Strawberries for decoration
½ teaspoon of Salt
4 ounces of Tequila
1 tablespoon of Lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the fresh and delicious pineapple cocktail, start by cutting off the top (crown) of the pineapple and carefully removing all the pulp without damaging the shell.
Step 2 : Then, remove the core or central seed of the pineapple.
Step 3 : In a blender, place the pineapple juice, pear nectar, apple juice, ice, salt, tequila, and lemon juice.
Step 4 : Blend everything until you get a smooth, homogeneous mixture.
Step 5 : Pour the mixture back into the hollowed pineapple and decorate with strawberries and pineapple leaves.
