1 Medium pineapple
Rapadura candy
1 Clove sachet
1 Anise sachet
2 liters of

Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this drink, first peel the pineapple and set aside the peel.
Step 2 : Next, in a clay jar, place the pineapple peels, the rapadura candy cut into small pieces, cloves, anise, sweet pepper, nutmeg, and water.
Step 3 : Then, cover the jar and let the mixture ferment for 5 days.
Step 4 : After this time, strain the preparation and serve chilled.
