Pineapple and Orange Cocktail
Ingredients
1 ½ cup of Orange juice
1 ½ cup of Pineapple juice
4 tablespoons of Pear nectar
2 ounces of White rum
4 cups of Ice
1 Orange
⅓ cup of Sugar
Cinnamon sticks
Rosemary branches
Preparation
Step 1 : Start by slicing the orange into thin, even slices.
Step 2 : Then, coat the orange slices with sugar on both sides and place them on a baking tray.
Step 3 : Bake the slices at 300°F for 20 to 30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
Step 4 : Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool.
Step 5 : In a pitcher, mix the orange juice, pineapple juice, pear nectar, and white rum.
Step 6 : Finally, serve in each glass and decorate with orange slices, rosemary branches, and cinnamon sticks.
