2 pounds of Coffee beans
2 liters of Water
Cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare Honduran Palo Coffee, it's necessary to toast the coffee beans on a griddle or stove until they are dry, approximately 7 minutes, then crush them.
Step 2 : In a pot, place water, add ground coffee and cinnamon, and stir gently before turning off the heat.
Step 3 : Next, strain the coffee and can add vanilla essence if desired, as well as sugar, optionally.
