Ingredients

2 Oranges

2 Cloves

1 pinch of Ground cinnamon

Brown sugar

Distilled water

½ liter of Brandy

Preparation

Step 1 : The oranges are pierced with cloves and placed in a sterilized glass container.

Step 2 : A syrup is prepared with distilled water and sugar; this syrup is added to the oranges.

Step 3 : Then, brandy is added and left to ferment in a cool place. Cover the jar with a cloth and store in a place out of sunlight for 15 days.

Step 4 : Every five days, stir the mixture and re-cover it.

Step 5 : After this period, remove the oranges, chop the peel, and return them to the container.

Step 6 : Subsequently, filter the liqueur, and it will be ready to enjoy with friends.
