Orange Liqueur
Ingredients
2 Oranges
2 Cloves
1 pinch of Ground cinnamon
Brown sugar
Distilled water
½ liter of Brandy
Preparation
Step 1 : Pierce the oranges with cloves and place them in a sterilized glass container.
Step 2 : Prepare a syrup with distilled water and sugar, then add it to the oranges.
Step 3 : Next, add the brandy and let it ferment in a cool place, cover the jar with a cloth, and store it in a place away from sunlight for 15 days.
Step 4 : Every five days, stir the mixture and re-cover.
Step 5 : After this period, remove the oranges, chop the peel, and place them back into the container.
Step 6 : Finally, strain the liqueur and it will be ready to enjoy with friends.
