Ingredients

1 pound of Nances

2 liters of Water

Final sugar to taste

1 tablespoon of Vanilla

1 pinch of Salt

3 tablespoons of Unflavored cornstarch

1 Strainer

Ice cubes

Preparation

Step 1 : Wash and properly clean the nances.

Step 2 : Then, place them in a blender with half a liter of water and blend with sugar to taste for 10 minutes.

Step 3 : If preferred, add 5 ice cubes to blend together with the nances.

Step 4 : The resulting beverage can be served cold or hot, according to preference.

Step 5 : In a jug or pitcher, pour the nance juice and add the remaining liter of water.

Step 6 : Add a pinch of salt, one tablespoon of vanilla, and gently mix.

Step 7 : Then, add the 3 tablespoons of unflavored cornstarch.

Step 8 : The next step is to strain the juice to remove excess pulp, although this technique is optional and depends on personal preference regarding whether to keep the pulp or not.

Step 9 : Once all steps are completed, the Nance Fresh Drink is ready to enjoy.
