This delicious dessert is prepared with crushed ice, condensed milk, fresh fruits, and homemade syrups of Tamarind, Pineapple, Orange, and Carrot, among others.

Ingredients
3 cups of Crushed ice
¾ cup of Condensed milk
1 Orange segments
12 cups of Sugar
½ cup of Water
1 cup of Fruit punch juice
1 cup of Pineapple juice
1 cup of Orange and carrot juice
1 cup of Tamarind juice
3 cups of Tamarind
3 cups of Pineapple cubes
3 cups of Strawberries
2 teaspoons of Lemon zest
Preparation
Step 1 : In separate pots, place 3 cups of sugar, each with a different type of juice and their respective fruit.
Step 2 : Cook over low heat to form syrups, adding lemon zest to each and boiling until reduced.
Step 3 : In a large bowl, put water and refrigerate to freeze for 3 hours.
Step 4 : Once frozen, grate the ice and assemble the minuta by placing the ice, condensed milk, fruits, and syrup.
