Melon Cooler
Ingredients
1 Medium-sized melon
Sugar to taste
1 cup of Orange juice
Unsweetened yogurt half
1 tablespoon of Vanilla essence
1 pinch of Salt
2 liters of Water

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious melon juice, start by peeling the melon and removing all the rind.
Step 2 : Subsequently, cut it in half and remove the seeds.
Step 3 : Then, cut it into pieces and place them in the blender along with 3 cups of water and half a cup of yogurt.
Step 4 : Blend this mixture for 7 minutes until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
Step 5 : If desired, add ice cubes for extra freshness.
Step 6 : Once blended, pour the juice into a container and add the remaining water.
Step 7 : Add sugar to taste and mix well.
Step 8 : Finally, add the orange juice, a pinch of salt, and a few drops of vanilla essence to enhance the flavors.
