1 cup of White rice
1 cup of Evaporated milk
3 Cinnamon sticks
1 tablespoon of Vanilla extract
2 liters of Water

Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this refreshing drink, first wash the rice and soak it in 2 cups of water along with the cinnamon sticks overnight for better results.
Step 2 : Once soaked, add the rice, cinnamon, and the soaking water into a blender or mill, and blend well until achieving a smooth and uniform texture.
Step 3 : Then, add one liter of water and sugar to taste to the rice mixture, strain it, and add evaporated milk according to your preference and the amount of ice desired.
Step 4 : For a special touch, it is recommended to add a little vanilla extract and thin lemon slices into a jug with the preparation.
Step 5 : Finally, serve very cold with plenty of ice.
