Ingredients

1 Large guava

1 cup of Milk

½ cup of Evaporated milk

1 tablespoon of Vanilla essence

1 tablespoon of Ginger zest

Sugar

Juice of one lemon

Ground white rice

2 liters of Water

1 Nutmeg sachet

Preparation

Step 1 : Wash and carefully peel the guava, then remove the seeds from the pulp.

Step 2 : Place the pulp in the blender jar and blend together with the 4 cups of water, ground rice, ginger zest, sugar, and a few ice cubes.

Step 3 : Pour the juice into a pitcher and add the remaining water, evaporated milk, and milk, then mix well.

Step 4 : Add the lemon juice, nutmeg, and stir again.

Step 5 : Finally, add the vanilla essence.

Step 6 : You can refrigerate or serve at room temperature.

Step 7 : Serve and enjoy.
