Fresco de morro
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Morro seed
1 kilogram of Pumpkin seed
1 kilogram of Maní (peanut)
1 kilogram of White rice
2 ½ liters of Water
1 kilogram of Sesame seed
3 tablespoons of Ground cinnamon
Sugar
1 pinch of Salt
½ cup of Powdered milk
Lemon zest
Ice cubes
Preparation
Step 1 : The morro seeds, maní, pumpkin seeds, and white rice are processed in a blender until pulverized.
Step 2 : Then, add this powder to the blender jar along with ½ liter of water and the desired amount of sugar.
Step 3 : Blend for 3 minutes.
Step 4 : Optionally, ice cubes can be added during blending or at the end separately.
Step 5 : In a glass or plastic container, pour the mixture from the blender, add the remaining water, half a cup of milk, a pinch of salt, lemon zest, and ground cinnamon.
Step 6 : Mix everything slowly and serve.
