Frappe of Dulce de Leche and Rompopo
Ingredients
3 cups of Rompopo
4 tablespoons of Peach nectar
½ cup of Dulce de leche
4 tablespoons of Whole milk
1 cup of Whipped cream
Decorative pirulin candies
2 cups of Ice
Preparation
Step 1 : Begin by placing Rompopo, Peach Nectar, ¼ cup of dulce de leche, and 2 cups of ice into a blender.
Step 2 : Blend until obtaining a smooth mixture.
Step 3 : Then, dilute the remaining dulce de leche with the Whole Milk.
Step 4 : To decorate the glasses, add the diluted dulce de leche to the rims, letting it fall toward the center.
Step 5 : Finally, serve the dulce de leche and Rompopo frappe, crowned with whipped cream, more dulce de leche, and Pirulin candies.
