Coyol Wine
Ingredients
1 Coyol palm stalk
2 liters of Filtered water
1 750 ml bottle
1 Strainer
1 Yeast packet
1 Funnel
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the coyol wine, start by cutting the palm stalk of the coyol horizontally and make a deep hole to extract all its juice.
Step 2 : Next, add filtered water to dilute the wine and strain it with a strainer.
Step 3 : Then, add the yeast to the liquid and transfer it to a bottle for fermentation.
Step 4 : Let it sit for a week, and if necessary, you can add two tablespoons of sugar.
Step 5 : To speed up fermentation, cover the bottle and mix well.
