800 grams of Coffee beans

Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious beverage, start by boiling the corn for half an hour.
Step 2 : Once ready, it is important to wash and drain it properly.
Step 3 : Then, proceed to toast the corn over medium heat on the stove, griddle, griddle plate, pan, or in a pot, depending on available options.
Step 4 : Meanwhile, toast the coffee until it turns black.
Step 5 : Next, add the black corn and cinnamon, stirring for about 5 minutes.
Step 6 : Then transfer the mixture to a container and add the cinnamon, mixing everything thoroughly.
Step 7 : To serve, place a fine strainer over the cup intended for the coffee and pour the preparation through it.
Step 8 : Serve hot, sweetened to taste with sugar, and enjoy this aromatic and comforting drink.
