1 pound of Coffee beans
3 cups of Water
Cinnamon
Sugar
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this coffee, start by boiling the coffee until it's dry, then wash it, drain, and roast it over medium heat in a pan or comal until it turns dark.
Step 2 : Next, boil water in a pot and add the ground coffee once it boils, letting the water boil over the coffee.
Step 3 : After the coffee soaks for 3 minutes, stir and let it soak for another 3 minutes.
Step 4 : Then, place a strainer over a cup and pour the coffee carefully, making sure to filter out any residues.
Step 5 : Finally, add sugar to taste, serve with bread or cookies.
