1 pound of Coffee beans
3 cups of Water
Cinnamon
Sugar
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this coffee, start by removing the beans from their shell until dry, then wash, drain, and toast them over medium heat on a stove or griddle until they turn dark.
Step 2 : Next, bring water to a boil in a pot and add the ground coffee once it boils, allowing the water to boil over the coffee.
Step 3 : After the coffee has soaked for 3 minutes, stir and let it steep for another 3 minutes.
Step 4 : Then, place a strainer over a cup and carefully pour the coffee through, making sure to filter out any residue.
Step 5 : Finally, add sugar to taste, serve with bread or cookies.
