It is a very popular beverage throughout Honduras, generally smooth and made artisanally.
Its history dates back to pre-Columbian times when the indigenous people made it artisanally.

Ingredients
2 pounds of Puffed corn
Sugar or raspadura
1 liter of Milk
Ice
Preparation
Step 1 : The corn is thoroughly washed and soaked from the day before preparation.
Step 2 : In a pot with enough water, boil the corn until tender.
Step 3 : Once cooked, remove from heat and let cool.
Step 4 : Then, add sugar or raspadura, milk, and ice.
Step 5 : All ingredients are placed in a blender and blended until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
