1 kilogram of Chia seeds

3 Lemons

2 liters of Water

3 tablespoons of Honey

Sugar

1 teaspoon of Ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1 : After washing the chia seeds, let them soak in water for 20 minutes.

Step 2 : After this time, place them in the blender with 4 cups of water and the desired amount of sugar, then blend the mixture.

Step 3 : If you prefer a cold drink, you can add a couple of ice cubes to the blender.

Step 4 : Otherwise, you can keep the preparation at room temperature.

Step 5 : Once ready, pour the contents of the blender into a container and add the remaining water.

Step 6 : Next, cut the lemons in half, remove the seeds, and juice them.

Step 7 : Gently mix to avoid spills, then add the 2 teaspoons of honey and the bag of ground cinnamon, mixing everything again.
