Ingredients
1 Glass bottle
1 Long-spouted funnel
Sodium or potassium metabisulfite tablets
4 Pounds of cherries
Yeast
Distilled water
Preparation
Step 1 : The cherries are washed, halved, and the seeds removed.
Step 2 : Then, they are mashed in a glass or clay container until at least 150 ml of juice is obtained.
Step 3 : Add distilled water, one tablet of metabisulfite, and yeast.
Step 4 : Let the mixture rest for 1 to 2 days, stirring every 2 to 4 hours.
Step 5 : After 3 days, strain the wine using a sieve and let it sit.
