4 Carrots

Fine sugar

2 liters of Water

1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence

1 pinch of Salt

1 Lemon

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the carrot juice, first wash and peel the carrots.

Step 2 : Then, cut them into pieces and place them in a blender.

Step 3 : Add water and blend until smooth.

Step 4 : Pour the juice with pulp into a container using a strainer to remove lumps.

Step 5 : Add the remaining water, sugar, vanilla essence, a pinch of salt, and a few drops of lemon.

Step 6 : Mix everything well and you will be ready to enjoy this refreshing and nutritious drink.
