Caramel and Rompope Frappe
Ingredients
3 cups of Rompope
4 tablespoons of Peach nectar
½ cup of Caramel
4 tablespoons of Whole milk
1 cup of Whipped cream
Lollipops for decoration
2 cups of Ice
Preparation
Step 1 : Start by placing the Rompope, peach nectar, ¼ cup of caramel, and 2 cups of ice into a blender.
Step 2 : Blend everything until a smooth mixture is achieved.
Step 3 : Then, dilute the remaining caramel with the whole milk.
Step 4 : To decorate the glasses, add the diluted caramel around the rims, letting it drip down towards the center.
Step 5 : Finally, serve the caramel and rompope frappe, topped with whipped cream, more caramel, and lollipops.
