Yuca Cake
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Yuca
1 cup of Grated cheese
1 cup of Sour cream
2 Eggs
½ cup of Melted butter
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the Honduran Yuca Cake, start by preheating the oven to 180°C.
Step 2 : Cook the yuca until soft, then drain and mash it.
Step 3 : Add the cheese, sour cream, eggs, melted butter, salt, and pepper to the yuca, and mix all ingredients well.
Step 4 : Place the resulting mixture into a previously greased baking dish and place it in the oven.
Step 5 : Bake for about 45 minutes, or until the cake is golden and fully cooked.
