Ingredients

2 pounds of Wheat flour

3 cups of Sugar

½ cup of Lard

1 cup of Milk

2 Egg yolks

1 Yeast packet

Cinnamon

2 tablespoons of Margarine

2 tablespoons of Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and yeast.

Step 2 : Then, add the egg yolks and melted margarine, mixing or kneading until a uniform dough is obtained.

Step 3 : Next, form small balls and place them with spacing on a previously greased baking dish with lard or margarine.

Step 4 : For the top layer, mix flour, margarine, vanilla, and sugar until you get a cookie-like dough, which is then placed in small portions over the balls in the baking dish.

Step 5 : Bake at 350°C in a preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes until golden and ready to enjoy.
