1 pound of Corn flour
2 Eggs
¼ pound of Melted butter
1 pound of Curd
Soda
Brown sugar
Water
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start kneading the corn flour in a bowl, gradually adding water until achieving a smooth consistency.
Step 2 : In a pot with water, place the curd and mix until it dissolves, then strain and reserve the curd batter.
Step 3 : In another bowl, mix the curd batter with eggs, butter, and soda until obtaining a homogeneous dough or paste.
Step 4 : Next, form small patties to which pieces of brown sugar are added on top.
Step 5 : Bake these patties at 200°C for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 150°C and bake for another 5 minutes.
